Shipping to the US is now possible again

Shipping to the US is now possible again

Today the Swedish postal carrier Postnord announced that a new system to collect US tariffs is in place. This means we are finally able to ship to the US again.

The only practical differences are that all US orders must have a valid phone number and that 15% is automatically added to US prices to cover the tariffs. According to the information posted, no additional customs fees will be added when the shipment arrives in the US.

  • The US de minimis exemption, which previously permitted duty-free imports of items valued under USD 800, was revoked on August 29, 2025.
  • Due to the new requirements, PostNord temporarily paused some deliveries to the United States and Puerto Rico on August 23 and will resume them on October 23, 2025.
  • The change means that the items are now subject to customs duties and stricter customs data requirements.
