Nissan Leaf secondary HV cover with gasket

This cover is intended to protect the secondary high voltage port of the Nissan Leaf battery pack of the 2013 and later models. Printed in PETG-HF using 100% infill for durability and to better withstand the elements. An 1mm thick TPU gasket to form a seal between the cover and the battery is also included. This will protect the port from damage and dirt, and protect users and installers from coming into contact with the high voltage terminals.

This product will not complete the interlock loop. However, this can easily be done in software and is a basic setting in the battery emulator.

This is a full remake of this model. released under CC BY-SA 3.0. It has been converted to a much higher polygon count version with thicker walls in certain areas as well as some minor cosmetic improvements.
